Post-doctoral fellows
We are currently have an open, one year, post-doctoral position on using high performance computing and co-processor boards to accelerate sequence analyses, including motif-finding and alignment. The successful applicant will have experience either in high performance computing, accerator computing (e.g., CUDA) or computational sequence alignment. Please contact me with informal enquiries.
